PermanentLinks.org is an open system. That means that every body can create tools
that use all the data stored on PermanentLinks.org.
Yes, all data will be available (ok, not the email addresses of our users, to avoid
SPAM). That means that you can integrate PermanentLinks.org into your application
and use it as a base for referencing online sources.
The API will be available via Web Services. It will be possible to create Permanent
Links and to retrieve the bibliographic information about them.
